Welcome to my Online Journal.

As the Title reads – this is my personal online journal I will be keeping as I start to get ready for, what is currently planned as being my last bodybuilding competition for the foreseeable future. I’m by no means the biggest bodybuilder (I’m only a lightweight lol), I’m not the best bodybuilder and I’m not a well known bodybuilder. I’m not an expert by any means. I’m just a guy who loves bodybuilding and everything its done for me. Mainly just keeping a log of the whole process so I have something to look back on after its all over.
